We’re JD and Jess, a husband-and-wife team born and raised right here in Florida. Together, we started Couple of Tools in 2023 as a family-owned and operated handyman service built on trust, quality, and a passion for helping others love their homes again.

JD brings a lifetime of trade experience and a sharp eye for detail—skills passed down from his dad and refined through years of hands-on work. Jess brings her hospitality and management background to the mix, keeping things organized and making sure every customer feels right at home.

When we’re not working, you can usually find us enjoying time with our four amazing kids, relaxing in The Keys, or escaping to the mountains of Tennessee.
